| Over the past 25 years, I have heard the Holy Spirit expressing to me Christ's desire to empower God's business people to function as “ministers in the workplace”. CIBN Workplace Ministries was established to teach, train, equip, and activate members of the Body of Christ who are called to business, government, education, the sciences and the arts. |

| To understand what a minister in the workplace is, you must first know God, your Chief Executive Officer. Allow yourself to imagine the largest executive boardroom table you have ever seen with God as CEO seated at the head of the table. We are called to sit at the table together and not one of us can fulfill the vision alone. God is calling the body of Christ to unite. God has one people; Christ has one Church! He does not separate His Church into categories: a secular business people and a spiritual church people. Regardless of where we are called to serve God - in business, behind a desk, behind a pulpit, etc. - we need to have an understanding of one another's ministry callings and encourage and support one another as we co-labor with Christ. |
| Our success depends upon the ability to hear the directive voice of our heavenly CEO and through His Holy Spirit properly implement those directives with His Kingdom principles. The Creator of the Universe has issued an edict: God wants us to be prepared and responsible for fulfilling our destiny in His economy. From homemakers to executives, we are called to be a people who impact workplaces, cities, communities and nations. |
