The Business Input Committee (BIC), a group of experienced professionals from diverse fields of expertise, is available to CIBN members to give specific input to business questions. This CIBN resource is available at two levels:

The Business Input Committee (BIC) is a ministry designed to assist CIBN members grow their Christ-centered businesses by providing input from professional and experienced Christian business people. BIC Panel members are selected based on criteria such as: spiritual maturity, gifting, commitment (time), depth of business experience, depth of business skills, and a proven track record. Panel Members are recognized and regarded as having a calling and anointing upon their lives. They demonstrate a testimony of their salvation in Jesus Christ and an understanding of the concept and the principles of the Kingdom of God .

For BIC Panel members to demonstrate hearing from the Lord to create
a spiritual setting whereby biblical principles can be implemented

For BIC Panel members and CIBN members to exchange information regarding ethical issues, conflicts of interest and quality of the delivery systems and CIBN members to draw upon Panel's professional, mature
and successful business experience to provide input in developing,
revising and/or executing business strategies
