R.P. Pearce, Jr. is the Founder/CEO of Pearce Financial, a Florida based brokerage firm formed in 1984. He owns a computer and network design company and has helped develop an electronic trading platform. Rich is also Founder of PearceCom, a telecommunications marketing and consulting company that resells long distance services to commercial customers and ministries. He has been active on several political campaigns serving on the finance committees for both a presidential, as well as, the past gubernatorial campaign in Florida. He is currently an advisory committee member for a local bank and holds other various board member positions with companies and ministries of like vision. The entire family is involved in the business, and Rich and Christy teach the importance of family participation to the local church.
