| Frank earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Economics, after which he immediately began his retail career working for the J.C. Penney Company. After J. C. Penney, Frank began his tenure with Beall’s Department Stores where he remained for 27 years. Frank gained insight into the many facets of the marketing industry while working for Beall’s. He began as a Store Manager and was promoted to Area Coordinator, Director of Field Operations, Vice-President of Operations, President and Chief Operating Officer, and lastly, Chief Executive Officer. Being active in both the market place and the local church for many years has given Frank wisdom regarding the dilemma that pastors and business people face regarding how to bring finances into the local church and equip ministers in the market place. |
