Larry worked in the banking industry for twenty years as Senior Vice-President and Branch Administrator for Capital Bank & Trust Company. Larry was instrumental in establishing a Commercial and Retail Lending Program for branch officers, resulting in the portfolio growing from 3 million to 20 million dollars in a two-year period. He developed and implemented an Officer Call Program to attract new business in a declining economy, and deposits grew 49%. Larry earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University; degrees from the School of Banking of the South and University of Oklahoma Commercial Lending School; and a Master of Biblical Studies from Christian International School of Theology. Larry is the Regional Director for the Network of Churches' Gulf Coast Region.
