Bill Thomas is currently serving as CEO of CIBN Workplace Ministries and has been on the Board of Directors for seven years. Since 1979, Bill had been involved in various aspects of both the banking and investment industries. He was a Trust Officer with Allied Bancshares of Texas and has held various positions with the investment banking firms of Integrated Resources Equity Corporation and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith. Bill was a principal and Executive Vice President of corporate finance for the Solomon Companies. At the time Solomon was the largest franchisee for a national restaurant chain with over 2,700 employees. His work experience includes mergers and acquisitions, consulting with international governments and funding for both public and private companies. He is involved in investment activities dealing with real estate, venture capital, and operating businesses. Bill is a Director on various boards for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. He is a licensed minister with Christian International and holds a Bachelor of Business Arts degree in accounting and finance.
